2. Be an Example to them by being a wave 3 member yourself and that is by being a wave maker. This will encourage your team to participate in the program.
3. Teaching them on how to become one themselves using yourself as an example.
4. Teach them the easiest way to get recruits e.g paid advert or through the social media
using the above has tremendously enabled me to ginger my team's interest to participate.
