There is much to be gained when affiliates are regular visitors to auctions. We all do receive an AVP if we minimally bid once per day and that may be enough for affiliates to check out and bid on auction items.
For me, the gain is that I am able to obtain products for a reduced rate at my choosing. No one forces me to get or try to bid on a product that I do not see as a benefit. I have been successful at winning a bid for CSA's and even T-Credits and other products.
