You start a new job - you have someone showing you the ropes and thereafter you will be left on your own to perform to the satisfaction of the company.
SFT is different than a company - here you work for yourself even though your sponsor is there to assist you and answer questions or give you clarity on unsure issues - but not to do the work for you.
You must have perseverance to reach your goal and to be successful in your business.
Your sponsor - in my opinion - is not your target - but to build a successful business.
However, don't forget to ask should you need any help - you therefore will never feel isolated.
