As a sponsor you should be able to lead by example and remain proactive to assist your new affiliates in all ways possible. You can make their SFI experience attractive by:
1. Making their beginning easy and simple by providing due guidance to all facets of SFI including the ways to earn VP.
2. Make them aware about the various possible ways SFI provides us to earn. Assist them to get familiar with the process of each of those possible avenues of income.
3. Help them start their team at the earliest. One way could be to give them re-assignment PSAs in the beginning of their journey.
4. Provide them with some T Credits to explore the possibilities of exploring Tripleclicks and in the process they can get opportunities to win rewards and prizes.
5. Guide them with the ways and means to be successful at Tripleclicks. Discuss strategies to win games and auctions.
6. You can further provide them with gift certificate upon completion of their affiliate profile.
7. Include them in your co-op as soon as they reach EA level.
8. Inform them to be a part of the contest each month and to qualify for the same at the earliest. Tell them to visit your leadership page for more information about contest or training material on blogs or your recommendations and tips for them to be successful.
9. Make them aware of the useful product list at Tripleclicks.
10. Make them aware of the various means and methods SFI has provided to market and establish their business at sound footing.
11. Make them aware about the Rules of success and other training material through stream post; E cards; personal mails or timely tips. Reassert when required.
In all ways help them taste success; nothing can be more attractive than success.
