3. Marketing methods and aids to build the business;
4. Above all, clear Rules of Success & the means to achieve them;
5. Well defined Information and Support System;
All we have to do is, understand each and every one of these, follow them and indulge in clear and concrete action on a daily basis.
We have to understand the spirit of Awesome sponsors, imbibe it in our hearts and work towards creating new affiliates & keep building our Team based on that spirit.
Our performance and achievements alone will be more attractive to new affiliates than anything else.
1. To what extent we have succeeded;
2. To what level we have grown;
3. How for we are ready to support the new affiliates;
4. Are we ready to:
- Inspire through incentives; gift certificates;
- Are we ready to spend adequate time;
- Are we prepared to demonstrate our commitment to their growth;
A big " Yes" from the Sponsors to these questions coupled with visible actions will be quite attractive to new affiliates to commit themselves to be active, perform consistently, grow strong and succeed continuously.
Conclusion:
1. SFI business is very simple. We need not think too much and make it very complicated for the new affiliates. We only have to prove and demonstrate our genuine concern and commitment for their growth If we do it, SFI will be more attractive to new affiliates.
2. Rather than giving food will it not do a world of good if we teach and demonstrate how to cook? By this what I meant is, rather than offering one time monetary considerations, it will be quite sensible if we teach how to earn consistently. This way, SFI will be more attractive to new affiliates.
