This is where the role of a sponsor is very important. If you have an active sponsor who is doing well in SFI business, you should follow their successful ways to succeed faster and in a better way.
If your sponsor has shown the following attributes you should really be consultative and rely on their advice to maximum extent possible.
1. Continuously maintained their EA or Team Leader rank.
2. Has completed more than six months in SFI.
3. Maintained their Leadership page well and have profile page full of achievements with SFI and Tripleclicks.
4. Check for the posts your sponsor has posted on the forum. This would give you an idea about their prowess and knowledge of SFI.
5. Read the answers they have submitted to the ASK SC questions and how they have been rated?
These qualities would give you confidence to build trust and follow them.
They are your guides who can be looked forward for help in times of taking important decisions pertaining to your business and also to get your queries resolved and understand SFI better.
They have come of age and can guide you practically with many of the issues you may come across.
Duplication is another key aspect towards success and their work can be emulated to be successful yourself.
They can assess your work and provide you the right direction. Maintain a good communication with them.
In short they play a role of a parent or a teacher to help you succeed. They are your real mentors at work. Hence rate them first and follow them to the extent possible.
