You must understand that everyone who signed up to be member of SFI, came from many different countries, with many different reasons, with different capabilities and different understanding about network marketing.

1) Lack of understanding on how to run their SFI business
Use your communication skills & methods you have acquired to make them understand what is SFI all about, how to get started, how strong SFI is in terms of no. of years in business, assure them that SFI is a real business and so on.
Now that the BBB accreditation is back, use it to explain to them, how business community views and evaluate SFI as one of the reliable network marketing company in the world.
2) Create trust: Be their friend
Once you open your line of communication, you will be able to gain their trust.
With this, you will be able to extend your hand for help and support. There are many ways and methods provided by SFI, use them and support your team, they way any awesome Sponsor or Co-Sponsors would do.
• Teach them how to use translator if language is the barrier.
• Teach them how to generate VPs for commissions, TC sales for override commissions, ECA their own store for worldwide sales or even free member listing for cash. This to help those with financial limitations to understand that they can still earn, in many ways.
• Make them understand that their Sponsor/Co-Sponsor and Upline Team Leaders are always available for help. Forum is another open platform for out the box information. Encourage them to read and write in Forum.
• Show your gratitude
Show your appreciation for all your workers. Rewards them with things you can afford like Gift Certificate, TCredits. Include them in your Team Co-op for free for achieving e.g EA2 status or TL positions is a great way of saying thank you. Be careful not to over pampered them because you want a Leader in your team.
I can write more but the most important, make them understand that NO one can change their life, it is all up to them. You can only teach, but their ACTIONS will speak louder. On your part, never ever under estimate your sleeping partner, for they may wake up one day and overtake you within days!
