The universal message of SFI is duplication, of course (the favorite "D" word around these parts). So I (and many others) would recommend Google Translate to get that message across.
Set up a chat session with your PSAs if they come to you with a question. Translate your message to their native language as best as you can. If your affiliates absorb this message quite well, then they'll gain an understanding on how to build their respective businesses. Then you'll have effectively conveyed your message to your PSAs.
