Nice question but in my opinion both form of recruitment are good. Why i say this is because
Offline recruitment attracts local affiliates while online recruitment attracts global affiliates Remember, that little drops make a mighty ocean. With offline recruitment, we can spread the word through family, friends and relatives. Its easier to explain the SFI business as its a one on one relationship and it would be easier for one to understand. Once you have recruited at least 5 active affiliate or more, seminars can be organized and those active affiliates can equally invite more people.
Online recruitment on the otherhand involves effective advertisement globally. In other words, affiliates are from different countries. Affiliates should inquire from upline where to advertise and places to advertise asides PSA 2 go, S builder co op, and bidding in auctions for both PSAs and CSAs.
In my own opinion both offline and online recruitment are the best as the goal is to get active affiliates.
