Hi Milena, the purpose of the filter tool is to help create any view reports you want on your affiliates. The best genealogy filter tools to use are as follows:
1. The Sort Tool: Use the Sort tool to select specific category of your affiliates.
- Arrange them based on current month VersaPoint; date joined SFI;last login; Keycode; SFI ID etc;
- You can choose to sort them in ascending or descending order.
- Sort based on date joined, last login etc..
2. The Filter Tool: Use the Filter tool to get specific range of results on your affiliates:
- Example how many affiliates whose power rank 'equals to', 'less than', or 'greater than' 10.
- Determine country rank, class rank, city etc of a range of affiliates;
- Evaluate your business success e.g how many affiliates are new TLs, new EAs etc. in the current month;
3. Quick Filter: Use the quick filter tool to do the following:
- Know new PSAs in the last 30 days, 10 days, yesterday, today etc.
- Number of inactive PSAs in the last 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc.
- Know your current movers on the movers tab.
- New EAs this month.
- EAs last month and not yet EAs this month - this help you contact the affiliates concerned.
