Basically, what you do is show them how you built your own downline. Easy isn't it?
Let's start with the co-op. Why not advice and encourage your downline to place a standing order for a share of the co-op? This way, some PSA's are rolled their way daily. By maintaining EA2 status, they get 2 CSA's monthly too adding to their team. Let's not forget the spin & build where by participating in auctions, they get more PSA's added to their downline. Then they can also have standing order for PSA to go.
With all these, the options are limitless. And these are only the few I can remember from off the top of my head. Don't forget to DUPLICATE. Teach them all this and teach them to teach their team under them too.
