Before you assume that they are lazy or unmotivated take into consideration that some learn slower than others or life events may be interfering with the time they want to spend online. Ask if everything is ok and let them know you are there to assist them when they are ready or when it is possible for them to devote more time. When I first started I due to some unfortunate life events I was unable to devote much time or even log in everyday....so just try to keep in mind the individual lives and barriers we all face.
