The first thing is to check if those lazy and unmotivated affiliates even started when they have registered.
The second thing is to make sure you can connect with them to communicate.
Third thing is being polite and calm while asking them how they feel about SFI and why do they feel that way?
Most people are interested to know how much one can earn while working in SFI, but that is hard to explain due to way how we earn here. You should give them clues how to success, explain what to do and how to do.
Make them clear that they cannot start earning from very first day when they join, but instead they'll have to do a real job.
Our badges on SFI website are proof that we are working and do we earn (but it doesn't say how much).
Provide them with instructional videos, show them Your hardworking upline, yours and their statuses.
Show them that games are great source for TCredits that can be used on various ways to improve their work, send gifts and motivational messages and help them as much as You can.
