Sometimes what we see as lazy may simply be a lack of understanding by our affiliates and they may need some hwlp following the start-up steps.
I recommend what is sometimes call "Dripping on them" with weekly emails that include tips that may help them get going in the business. Take a look at their "Ledger" to see what training steps they have taken.
Suggest places they can go to promote their SFI business, suggest some ads they can use that have been working for you, and maybe which Gateway to promote.
Tell them about TripleClicks products that will earn them VP and be useful in growing their business. (SBuilder, TCredits, PSA to go, etc)
Always assume people want your help until the drop out of SFT or unsubscribe from receiving emails from you (and/or) SFI.
Let them know about your success, always being truthful.
