Why is this? Because next month when you get to EA2- you will get
a couple of referrals and every month you are an EA2 and better.
Meanwhile if you can,get a SO- standing order for some T credits,
PSA"s to go,and purchase ten referrals from another source.
In any case,place your ads everywhere you can think of to place them.
Keep a record of safe-lists,traffic exchanges,blogs, and biz and social
communities as a group so you start out organised.
Then you will be preparred for success.
