I would not recommend you to work to get the rank of a Team Leader if you don't have a team yet.
In order to become a Team Leader you have to invest not only time but some money for the Sales Versa Points so if you don't have a team you will be investing in something that will not give you any return.
Instead of trying to become a Team Lead I suggest you to invest that time and money in building your team, work on getting a solid base for your SFI business and there will come the time when you will have enough people under your team so you can become a Team Leader and take advantage of all the benefits.
Remember, SFI is a long term business, there is no rush to reach a specific rank, instead, work consistently and time will tell you when you will have to become a Team Leader.
