The a2a friendship is important to cultivate business relationship, in order to learn from others how to become successful in SFI, apart from your upline members, so that you benefit from shared knowledge, including best tips and ideas, regarding this business. We were at liberty to have as many a2a friends as we want, until recent changes where we are now hard pressed to have just a maximum of 10, while we Follow others we cannot add as friends in the proper sense of it.
It is pertinent to know the difference between those you choose as your 10 a2a friends and those you Follow. In the case of the former, you are allowed a 2-way communication, while the latter is 1-way; only from you, if you are the Follower.
As a result to this restriction, we therefore need to come up with some criteria to choose our 10 friends and painfully relegate those, though we need but cannot include, to just those we Follow or those that Follow us, so in the light of this, my suggestions on how to choose your maximum 10 a2a friends and followers are as follows:
1. Be Friends with those who are visibly qualitative and are willing to share their experiences with you. By this, I mean those you see in the forum and Ask Sc who display some level of knowledge and understanding of SFI business and are obviously sharing tips and ideas to better the chances of your SFI business.
2. The above list may exceed 10, so you may further streamline it by choosing those from the same/similar geographical, cultural and may be language background with you. The importance of this is to share experiences and resolve issues that may be peculiar to your similar background.
3. You may also need to consider rank and probably period of membership of SFI. It may be safe to assume that those of higher ranks, with an admirable and relatively long track record as SFI members may be more positioned to know more about this business. Be careful anyway, as this may not be the case in all situations, so you need to combine this with other criteria, in order to make an informed decision.
4. I think it is obvious to choose those you already know, one way or the other, physically or digitally, within SFI or outside of it, provided they are such people that will add value to your SFI business, in terms of shared ideas and tips regarding SFI business.
5. Lastly, when it becomes impossible to have more friends because you hit the limit, then you may opt to add the other as Followers (those that Follow you), in the same vein, you may also be added by others in similar circumstance, as their Follower (those you Follow) when they too hit the limit.
In conclusion, please note that my suggestions are made on the basis that you are not currently able to choose your 10 friends from your old a2a list because the period permitted to do that has lapsed, so my approach is based on entirely new selection of 10 a2a friends and Followers. Also note that you may want to choose someone but it is left for that person to accept your request as one of the 10 friends or not, because he/she is also restricted like everyone else to a maximum of 10 friends, so you need to appreciate this fact going forward.
