The most important thing in anything that we do, is understanding. We need to understand why we must do things and how we must do them. To get understanding about SFI, we need to read our training and understand it.
Mr. Gery in LaunchPad day 11 says: “It takes time to get to know all the nuances of a business. It takes time to get to know the products. It takes time to develop a game plan. It takes time to figure out what marketing activities will work best for you.”
The best way to get your new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them. Is to encourage, motivate and help them to read their training and understand it. When they understand SFI, then you can start giving them the ways, methods and strategies that you are using yourself to succeed.
This will help them to speed with SFI because they won’t have to go out and waste time trying new ways, methods and strategies to grow their businesses because they will be using your own ways, strategies and methods. Their success will be guaranteed because you are using those ways, methods and strategies yourself and you are there to help and guide them. So it will be as if you are the one who is using them with extended hands. That is duplicating, recruiting new members and teaching them to do what you are doing.
