I for one I don’t think it is a good idea to go for Team Leader if you don’t yet have an active team. SFI is your lifetime business. Take it easy. Do not try to run before you can walk.
If you are a Team Leader, you must have people under you. A team is a body and the Team Leader is the head of the body. If you are a Team Leader without an active team, you are the head without the body. You don’t have support. You can fall anytime.
Team Leader is a title. Titles are not things that we deserve or buy. Titles are things that we earn. We must work and build our teams then earn the title of being a Team Leader. If you earned your title, maintaining it is not a problem. If you bought it, maintaining it is a very big problem, expensive and stressful. You won’t like the end of the month. Towards month end you’ll be running to the Forum asking how to earn/raise xxx Action VersaPoints. Failing to raise/earn them may cause you to quit SFI.
SFI is not a race. It is your lifetime business. What I’ll suggest you to do is, build your team and earn the title. You’ll enjoy it and you’ll love month end because you’ll earn cash from that rather than paying for it.
