I don't know how I missed watching the video on the START page when I first signed up two months ago, but I did.

I mean, there was the link to the start page right in the first email I got from SFI. And there's the nice big tab START at the top right of the site.

Or, maybe I did go to the START page, I don't remember - I WAS overwhelmed; there was so much to look at and read and I was excited and wanted to learn everything as soon as I could - but if I did visit the START page, I didn't watch the video. Maybe I didn't even scroll down to it, and all I did on the START page was click the "Proceed to Affiliate Center" in the top right corner of that page.

I did watch the video a few days ago, though.

Since then I've been recommending to my affiliates that they watch it - that they even watch it two or three times. It's incredibly helpful. At the same time that I recommend watching the video to my affiliates, I also tell them that once they're done watching the video, they can click the links beneath the video.

I add just one other thing to that team mail when I tell them to watch the video: I recommend that they visit the Glossary page, because the Glossary page was what I found very helpful when I was so overwhelmed within my first few days at SFI.

And that's it! Video and Glossary page. Nothing to get overwhelmed about with just that. And it isn't really a "just that" - both the video and the Glossary page are excellent and could set any new affiliate well on their way before they even realize they were about to feel overwhelmed.
