Such as :
1. Whether you are contacted regularly by them?
2. What is the essence of the questions that they ask you? ...etc.
This will give you information about how high potential they have for this business. Rate your PSA potential and that is the way you'll know which approach you can use to help them speed up progress with SFI company. Not every PSA or CSA member have same potential, it is absurd to think that this is possible. Constantly monitoring of their work will help you to find the best way to achive what you up to.
