I had a team, all inactive. I received my free CSA's on achieving my 1500 points, I bought some PSA's and I advertised for them also. All remained inactive.
In making the purchases, trying to win on auctions, reading all the information as is suggested during my first month and generally finding my feet within this HUGE website, I found myself at a Platinum Team Leader level with no active members.
I do not regret how my first month started, as I believe in leading by example. I have a lot of experience in leading teams, but this is face to face in a work environment. I believe leading a team in an online environment requires a slightly different approach and I needed to learn before I could teach.
If I hadn't been at my level, I would not have received the amount of 2nd home CSA's...two of which are active. I now also have new PSA's who are also active. I want to do my best for them, so I think I started my journey well, for me and...for them!
