Firstly you can get your PSA's working my following up on them daily via mail to motivate them that their effort / hardworking is been noticed and recognized, which will enable them to qualify for the leadership rank. After all, our aim for working hard is to earn income and become a leader.
Secondly, you can also encourage any hardworking PSA's by giving them a free Tcredits from your as a price for hardwork and effort. Sometime some PSA's wants to participate in the daiky draw eg auction,games,selling of there on wanted goods etc,but due to lack of Tcredits,their hands are tired. Remember there is a great success in team work.
Lastly always remember to remind they of doing the daily needed full which are doing their list,buying their Tcredits to earn more points,participation in the auction, game etc. most importantly sponsoring more affiliates and buying of triple clicks products buy telling your friends and families.
