What does this entail for you personally? Do you have a plan or a goal to reach the top? If you do, there is no need of even asking to be a Team Leader cause you will go through that procedure or even challenge to get to the top. Anyone that says no, simply doesn't want to put in more work into his achievement and goals in SFI. I don't know what to say any further. Every person who truly has a strong mentality for success will go for it until they achieve it no matter what.
My final word is get to the top no matter what. If others are there and are succeeding, i think it is fair for me to be the same too. Have a self encouragement and determination and you will get there.
