Most of us will agree that there is no need for that but there's a catch ... When you become TL - next month you will receive one share CSA (for BTL), 2 share CSA (for STL), and so on ...
CSA are also members of your team so when you becoming a Team Leader you actually build a team?
CSA you get in this way may be more active than CSA who have just joined, and often more active than PSA who have just joined!
At some point their co-sponsors have not confirmed EA and lost their CSA so that when you become a Team Leader - you receive them for your CSA!
Some of them are inactive, some maybe also Team Leaders so decide for yourself ...
Any job you are doing (unrelated to this business) - you should be achieved maximum!
People follow successful people and if so - makes it easier to attract new members (when you're Team Leader) than just an affiliate?
