The first stage for any affiliate in SFI is Fast Track. This is not the situation when he starts building up his own team. After reaching Executive Affiliate, he will start contemplating to have his own people in his own team who will work for him to build up the business.The question to be considered is whether he can acquire Team Leadership without his own members.The straight and simple answer is he cannot. When we go deep in to the reasons:
1.He did not have enough of experience in SFI to handle things as a Leader nor does he have in depth knowledge of men & matters in SFI.
2.A Leader is a person who leads . Where there are no followers, how can he be a Team Leader without his followers?
3.He does not have full comprehension of the Organization, nor its, objectives, policies etc.,If he does not have personal & thorough knowledge, how he can become a Team Leader?
4. For a moment, if we think that he has the wherewithal (financially) to become and therefore he has become Leader by having minimum of 2000 Sales Versa. Points and 1000 Action Versa points. He is conferred Bronze Team Leader. O.K. But he has to sustain that cadre. Will he be able to do it month after month? It is impossible and highly improbable. The question is Why? He
can not every month have a S.O with 1500 V.Pts and earn , 500 points through sales or purchases. Earning 1000 Action Versa Points is really tough. Might be it is true, he has become one or 2 months. But third month he will be forced to get down to EA2 position. It would have been possible by at least having 2PSAs orTwo CSAs, or one PSA & One CSA, Then he can consider to go to that stage. But single-handedly, he will not develop energy to go further in business but develops frustration & even steps out of SFI.
What I mean to say is one Affiliate must naturally grow in to a Leader, but it should not be attempted to be achieved per force. At best it can only be transitional but not longstanding.. We should not forget natural growth which is from within, natural and continuous is the grwoth what we desire. But not artificial growth which is a growth by accretion (external addition), temporary
and can be reversed any time as it is unnatural. Hope this will help.
