A Leader is nothing without followers! It is also important to remember that you may not be suited to the role of team leader, many, if not MOST people aren't. That's ok, you may be better suited to being the firepower of the team and doing what the leader tells you. Remember, the leader is nothing without you to follow them.
The simple fact is that leadership is a natural thing for some people, and completely alien to others. This is unfortunate, and often those who are naturally leaders know it, and sometimes flaunt it, reducing their leadership effectiveness. While those who aren't naturally suited to the role don't know it, and refuse to acknowledge it, and improve at it. An important factor to recognise is everybody has the capability to be a leader, it takes a mindset that can be vastly different to what many LoL players have, but it can be worked on. Don't discount someone else's ability to lead, just because you lead your team to victory last game.
Also remember that Leadership is very personality based, it requires you to think about the team as real people, not just "people on the internet". Does this exclude most players, even most "people on the internet"? Yes. Are you excluded? Of course you aren't, nobody thinks they are. But If you can assess that you ARE too self important, too often, then congratulations on taking a huge step towards becoming not just a better leader, but a better person!
