But it is true.. If we have $500 to contribute to our business, I am sure many of us would easily reach a PTL.
So, that's partly the answer to it.
Invest in our business. Purchase items that not only builds us versapoints, but also those items act as our monthly tools or pillars firmly attached as our Strong Foundation ground.
With the tools being maintain on hand monthly, sponsoring more PSAs is consider growing our team big. And everyone duplicates your techniques of maintaining your monthly strength. That's a growth Booster.
Dont overwhelm our PSAs, just create a nice comfort communication and get them talk while we be a good listener. A good listener will absorbs more understanding while helping them gains trust and comfort in expressing themselves. Through these, we'll learn better about our PSAs ability.
Training is an easy coaching. Just point a direction in the case if we were asked how or where? Another Why? means our PSA wants to learn more, so that's the best time for a depth explanation.
