There are two ways to look into this theory..
1) Staying behind the line and wait for chances and opportunity to come by.
2) Dare to tackle new challenges beyond the line and gain live experiences to be share and duplicates training to all team members.
I choose option 2..!
And why I didn't choose option 1 is because, SFI is an Entreprenuer training, and Entreprenuer creates opportunity to others. How can we train our new team members of tips and tricks to stay safe above the green line if we ourselves never explore beyond those heights.
Being a Team Leader is a must..
as our main journey in SFI is to reach a Diamond Team Leader. We have to work our way getting there. And lead all our team too, especially our 5 Platinum Team Leaders.
Even if we not yet have a team, that's where the Problem is. To find the solution to it, we have to start working with the Problem. That is when we will find the cure, a Solution to our Problem.
Having a team isn't much a difficult thing to do, as we go above ranks, we will receive more CSAs, the higher we go, the more CSAs will be assign to us.
Sharing Coop with SFI on SBuilder or purchasing PSAs To Go is a good investment too, while getting new PSAs, we will also build our VPs.
Your road to success is already prepared free. No payment for the training.
But to own this success, everyone have to work for it. There's no such thing as a Free Success while everyone is paying for it.
A Free Lunch may be, but not daily too.
So, go and work yourself up to become a Team Leader.
