do more and become more,
you are a leader.-----------------If 'others' are not available in hand then what the person will do by achieving a Team Leader rank. In my opinion, every one should touch the rank of team leader when he/she has minimum 2 active PSA as their down line, otherwise it will become a case of huge recurring investment.
So, my answer is - do not go for the rank of team leader if you don't have a team.
