I firmly believe your welcome letter should only contain a welcome,where to find their
gateways/links, and where home and v.p. ledger are located.
Getting lost and feeling overwhelmed are a new persons first concerns.
Let them know they need 1500 v.p. this month and next if you see they are
going great guns.
Check on them the next day and go through their v.p. ledger.
