Being a team leader without a team is usually not advisable cause you bear majority of the cost.
People who join sfi quickly become team leaders and end up becoming affiliates after 2 months as they feel no form of investment is needed. They loose their CSAs (which is one of the perks of being a team leader) once they become affiliate apart from the PSAs they have recruited.
My advice would be for one to learn first about the business, seek assistant from your uplines, advertise, do your daily, weekly and monthly and make a form of investment like t credits, s builder co op and PSA 2go. Purchasing s builder co op as well as PSA 2 go will help to build a team. Having just 5 active affiliate in your team would not only reduce the financial burden on your part, but also help in rising to the ranks of team leader faster and steadier.
