I always send information to my PSA/CSA on the launch pad. I find that this is easy to follow and does help them to learn grow.

Information is very useful and the launch Pad is very easy to follow and understand. There is and old saying KISS (keep it simple stupid) go outside the rules and it then becomes hard to explain. By keeping the message simple and easy will you give the reward of seeing your team members succeed.
