The most important thing in anything that you do is understanding. When you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it, you do it great.
What I do to help my PSAs to be team leaders is helping them:
1. To understand what is SFI and how SFI works. SFI Basics.
2. What is a Team Leader, what it needs to be a Team Leader, how to maintain it and why they must be Team Leaders.
To do that, I help them with their training. I answer their questions and give them links where need be. I motivate them and show them the benefits. What motivates people more is what will they benefit by doing what you are encouraging them to do.
Showing them why they must be Team Leaders and how to be Team Leaders helps and motivate them to become Team Leaders.
I hope this shows what I do to help my PSAs to be Team Leaders.
