A decision to upgrade your status from EA to BTL or higher

implies, you have an active working Team of PSAs and CSAs.
Becoming a Team Leader gives you the important advantage
of sharing in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
The higher the leadership status the higher your share.
This is in addition to the Direct Commissions, Co-Sponsor Commissions
and TC Store sales earnings.
The best time to advance your status to BTL is when you have
PSAs and/or CSAs who are EA2s or higher.
Your VersaPoint monthly build from your active PSA/ EA2s (or higher)
and your TC purchases/sales will determine the degree of your status
advancement.
I recommend BTL status, as soon as, your budget allows.
