Well first thing you should do if you ad doesn't work is to change it. You should try many different ads to see which one is working best.

Also if you are using your blog or some website that you made, you should consider changing some parts of it. Maybe to add some things (like pictures) to make it more appealing

You could also determine your target group.

And the last thing you could do is to search for new places to advertise, there are a lot of advertising sites you could try and like that find the one that works the best.
