i'l answer the question in two ways.
1. It depends on you and how fast you want to rise but that will cost you money. You determine how far you want to go. So if you want to be PTL, you can and that without a team. But i wonder, how would you Maintain it?
However, for you to buy your rank, you can has well let the S Builder Co op and the PSAs To Go be part of the investment that will buy your rank as a Team Leader so that at least, you can have a team that will sustain it for you. Besides this, through your purchase of TC, you can bid and use your bidding to build your team through the bid and build program in earning PSAs as well. They will eventually lead to the end result of number 2 below.
2. You can wait for your team to lift you especially if you do not have much to purchase the T125. This is another timing you can look at when you are considering costs. I've seen how EAs are lifted to PTL rank via team building and have enough money to requalify time and time again from the money they made in the business and not their money again. This is real business where money works for you and you don't need to spend Your Money anymore.
