I believe you have to first be a good team leader in order to help your PSAs be good team leaders.
So here is what I do, and what I feel are actually the top five things any good team leader should be doing on a consistent basis:
1. Stay in communication, not only with weekly team mails just to earn points, but also by sharing valuable information with them at any time. The information you share with them includes letting them know if you've made a mistake; it shows you're human!
2. Keep your Leadership Page fresh with blog posts that share tips and information.
3. Be open to receive and answer any of their questions.
4. Stay active in the Affiliate Center, especially answering Ask SC questions and participating in the forum. A good way to show forum participation is to earn your Forum Guru badge.
5. Maintain your VP Streak. This shows your team members that you are logging in every day.
I believe that by showing your team members that are you are serious about your business and you're serious about helping them and others, you'll be guiding them and preparing them for being good team leaders themselves.
