There are two main reasons why someone want to upgrade his/ her Rank to Teamleader:

1. To get Matching VP from his/her Team or Downline
2. He/she wants to obtain Second Home CSA every months.

1. To get Matching VP from his/her Team or Downline

Someone would really want to upgrade to TL if he/she found the his/her eligible matching is more than his/her investment. Lets say for example he/she found that his/her downline is producing $500 and he/she needs to purchase 1500VP let say 125 pack TC to be able to become TL (Please note that to be able to get matching VP you need to be atleast a Bronze Teamleader). So for him/her this is the best time to upgrade to TL

2. He/she wants to obtain Second Home CSA every months.

Another way of earning at SFI is by getting Co-sponsor commission from CSAs and also matching VP. he/she plan to build a solid CSAs team then he/she need to upgrade to BTL every months to shares of second home CSAs. If this is his objectives then every months he/she should atleast become BTL or even Higher
