1. Contact your PSA and communicate with them either by Skype or other Means of communication ( by doing so you are establishing a relationship with your PSA)
2. Once they have obtain 1500 VP reward them by a gift certificate which they can use to buy Tcredits to become Teamleader ( as you know to become a TL you need to have atleast 1500 Vp from Sales or purchase)
3. You can give them incentives like for example let say you tell them that if they become Teamleaders you will reward them with 5-10 PSAs, Gift certificates or TC Gift Card
4. Organize contest within your team every month that will stimulate your PSAs to take action of becoming TL .
