When You have big and active team and You are still EA You are loosing too much. If You have more than 3 active generations it is great to became Team Leader.
You must lead by example.
If You are EA all the time ( what is also great ) you would need 10 EA2 members in first generation to be EA2 for free. With 500 VP from daily, weekly and monthly actions, and 10 * 100 VP from 10 EA2 members You will have 1500 VP. But if those members have at least 2 EA2 members each, You can go for BTL.
And remember lead by example is a powerful weapon. After that You will maybe have some BTL in Your first generation :)
