What I do to help my PSA become team leaders

1. Ensure they log on everyday to do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
2. Ensure that they have a standing order of 100 t credits or more
3. Give them sites where they can advertise their links
4. Transfer active affiliates in my team that are still active to help them as well
5. Encourage them by organising some contest within the team and awarding a gift certificate to help them in their business
6. Encourage them to be ECAs.
