Become a mentor to help grow your PSA, here's what to do to help them become Team Leaders:
1) Teach PSA duplication. Duplication depends strictly on your skills training so by how good you are as a mentor.
Could you tell me, "But I'm not a good mentor!" Or "But I have never taught anything to anyone!"
If you want to achieve something in your life, you have to take responsibility.
Becoming a mentor is one of those responsibilities. Why do I say to become?
Why mentor is not born, but made. In addition, anyone can become a mentor and at some point in life we ??find ourselves having to be.
Usually it becomes mentors when you become parents. Sooner or later all of us touches this task and that we are ready or not, we will have to take responsibility to educate our children and help them grow!
As a parent you've always all the answers ready, but you love your children, you support them and believe in them and you know you can do it; share your knowledge and your values ??with them and give them the opportunity to grow, too ... wrong!
In the same way we must help to grow even people that we recruit in our structure.
Be the catalyst for the success of the people is one of the greatest satisfactions that you'll ever have.
The commitment in the business, however, has to be mutual.
You do something for them, and they do something for you!
Focus your attention on the people who have earned this about, doing something, even if the outcome of their action is not positive.
It does not matter! Remember though that if you do too much for them and do not deserve it, or if you allow them to do nothing, you are not doing them a favor.
Approaching the business with the mentality of the father who does not want to spoil their children, but only wants to grow in the best way possible and will become a great mentor!
Your goal is to form leaders assured them, able to pass on their skills to the people they recruit.
Share with your downline your vision and your experience, and help them create goals and achieve them, supporting them and always give them the strength to achieve their true potential.
As I said being a mentor takes time and many times you will be tempted to give up the essential activities: sales and recruitment. DO NOT make this mistake!
If you stop doing the activities that brought you to this point, you stop growing!
When the person you format has become a leading independent is the time to focus yourself on someone else! Your time is very valuable!
Use it as it should be!
