This IPO managed by CEO Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba. This is tough to answer because Alibaba and Ali Express already established their own E commerce and they are big company like Tripleclicks. Imagine they want to compete with silicon valley and even ebay. The best way to get business or to promote tripleclicks e-commerce are those establishment that dont have eca for thier store.
