When this is the problem than u must contact them on every possible way and try to help them get back in action.
They must understand that money never comes over night,it comes butt only if they have a lot of luck.Try to encourage them by sending Gift Certificates to them or TC Credits,if this doesn't help,then contact them on their home,cell phone or email adress they left in SFI,talk with them and teach them how to be succesful in SFI.
