One of the most important skills in our job is communication. It is very important because good communication equals good team.
Everyone who become inactive does that because of the following reasons:
- misconseptions about online businesses
- distrust towards companies who offer online jobs because of previous bad experience
- lack of faith that there is money on the Internet and that ordinary people can earn that money
- lack of support from family and friends
It is your job,as a sponsor, to overcome these difficulties together with your PSAs. Therefore,you have to prepare yourself to show them all the accomplishments you or someone in your down/upline made. You have to logically explain them how it is possible that people without any experience in or knowledge about online business can succeed. You should tell them about all the possibilities SFI offers so they could comprehend how they are actually earning here.
All of this is not an easy job. It takes practice and it will not always succeed,because some people are extremely narrow-minded and refuse to accept that they have to work in order to earn. Some people expect that you can earn a fortune just by clicking on a few links every day,that is a common misconsception about internet jobs. You have to try to explain them that that is not a case.
Just do not give up,give your best to overcome these difficulties, try keeping in contact with all of your PSAs every day,so you can predict if someone wants to quit and try to avoid that.
