This is what we all experience from time to time. The only thing that you need to do is don't give up. Tell them how you've started the business. Give them some facts of what you have done so far in SFI that keeps you going in SFI. Tell them the importance of working as a team. If one affiliate is not part of the team then that affiliate will lose out of all the benefits bound to it. Also tell them that after all your support and guidance they still feel that they can't proceed then there's nothing more you can do but wish them for the best in their decision. They might decide to leave and ponder over your encouraging words and come back and when they do come back, they will surely be more motivated than ever before even if you don't intervene with them much as you did before.
