When they do return let them know how pleased you are to see them again and thank them for being on your team. Offer them the opportunity to use a simple ad which you have designed and show them how you plan to position the ad for best effect.
When they show signs of life, surprise them with a gift of T-Credits or re-assign one of your PSAs to them. Try to find a PSA who comes from the same part of the world that they are in.
Never give up on anyone who has shown strong interest in the past.
