If I had $500, here is what I would do.

5) Buy 50 pack SFI X-cards ($4.13)
6) Buy 50 pack ECA postcards ($3.58)
7) Buy 30 pack TripleClicks Gift card ($29.70)
8) Buy the Eager Zebra T-shirt ($16.99)
9) Buy the TripleClicks T-shirt ($16.99)
10) Buy the SFI cap ($14.99)
11) Buy the TripleClicks Envelope ($5.95)
12) Buy the TripleClicks Letterhead ($5.95)
13) Add $50 to my GC account ($50)
14) Register for a website/domain name (Cost varies)
15) Register for traffic exchanges and upgrade in each of those exchanges (cost varies)
16) Register for an autoresponder/email capture system (cost varies)
Then what I would do is set up my website with posts and articles on SFI and TripleClicks. Promote this website on the traffic exchanges (since I upgraded, there is no need to surf, just assign your credits). Offer the $12 gift card on this website and once you finish the 30 gift card, just order more from TripleClicks. Set up your autoresponder with articles designed to introduce newbies to SFI and TripleClicks. Promote this autoresponder in your website and wait for your list to build up.
Once you get signups from the PSAs To Go and SBuilder, offer them gift certificates in exchange for achievements. Send out your ECA postcards to local businesses. Write proposals on the TripleClicks Letterhead and send them out to local busineses using the TripleClicks envelope.
Wear your T-shirt and cap during the weekends when you go jogging or bike riding or whatever. Make sure to keep your X-card on hand to give out whenever anyone asks about the T-shirt and cap.
Try this for a month or two and see what you get. I'm sure your business will be booming before long.
