The mail reason can be you bought that PSA as a sign up for your down-line,,,This is a business that going on in this industry a big problem for newbies.what happening is people offer incentives to sign up and do 10 or few actions so in your end you see he or she is being active but after they done their actions they get small reword from the incentive-base advertiser so that is their business..those guaranteed sign ups just do that they go a exchange and they set up sign up and do some actions and they get reward or small incentive just like few cents so those sign ups never know how valuable sfi is they only looking for that small incentive and go inactive so we sending lots of email every week they never know and they have email just created for that so those buy psa or guaranteed psa not worth in my point... hope you got great secret tip and enjoy doing more other stuff and get success.. good luck!!
